A simple clean, seal and glaze for a turn. Not wasting money to replace tub and surround if you don't have to!

Drywall patches throughout, paint (agreeable gray), new carpet, replace register vents, completion package and final clean! 

This particular turn we replaced the cabinets and countertops in the kitchen. Also underneath the sink where the subfloor was rotten. Basic drywall patches, painting, change out light bulbs and final clean. 

A storm occurred ruining this deck. The tenant called their property managment company. Which later called us and we responded quickly. Replacing the deck completely. Safe, secure and beautiful to the eyes!

This job required a few repairs and wood replacement in the soffit and fascia. We then painted the house with modern colors.
