Steps We Take For Your New Roof

1. We start off with ordering the material and making sure it’s delivered with ease.
2. We then make arrangements to ensure a dumpster is at the property for the debris from the roof.
3. Next we protect the surrounding areas of your home or building. This is to make sure nothing will be damaged. 
4. We then begin to remove branches from the trees if it was close and or touching the roof. 
5. Remove old roof sometimes this can consist of multiple layers of shingles and decking depending on how bad the roof is.
6. Then replace some of the decking with OSB if there was decking that was rotten. 
7. Start to install underlayment, drip edge, ice & water, flashing to ensure there will be no points of water entry. This usually could occur near chimneys, valleys and pipe boots. 
8. We make sure proper ventilation is done this could be ridge vent ventilation or gable vents.
9. We install starter and shingles.
10. Finally we start the cleanup process of making sure all debris are in the dumpster. Using the magnet tool to ensure all of the nails are picked up. 
11. All of the tools, equipment, debris, trucks, dumpster are completely removed and only leaving your roof looking new and improved!
